Clean Checks Week 9

Fridge and Freezer

· Is the floor under the fridge clean?

· Are all surfaces inside the fridge and freezer free of spills, food, ice.

· Are all surfaces on the outside of the fried and freezer clean?

· Did everyone participate?

Some special hints to help you pass…

· Did you clean the gaps in the seal round the doors?

· Did you remove everything from the fridge and freezer including the drawers and shelves and wash everything down?

· If your freezer is full of ice…

o Bring a large pot full of water to a boil, unplug your fridge and empty it. Then put the pot of water in the freezer and shut the door and let the ice melt for awhile while you clean everything else. Then open the freezer, mop up any water and wash down. Then plug the fridge back in and restock!

If you have any questions or need help please let me know BEFORE I come around for clean checks!

Thanks and happy cleaning!
